Fans of Coppa della Maga know that it’s much more than just a healthy ice cream, but also a lifestyle brand promoting indulgence in all aspects of life. This is exactly why we love to entertain, socialise and bring people together for a good time.
Our last big event was certainly no exception! We joined forces with the fabulous creatives behind Secret Brunch to immerse our guests in a historical world of fantasy and glamour.
Secret Brunch hosts exclusive, members-only parties in London, Paris and Milan, each with their very own theme, dress code and secret location (disclosed just hours prior to the event). This time around the venue was a large opulent 14th century Grand Hall in the heart of London, ornately decorated with an ambience mirroring that of the luxurious mansion spoken of in ‘The Great Gatsby’. Upon arrival guests were welcomed with Champagne and led by masked waiters into the beautifully adorned garden courtyard dressed with flowers and a stunning water feature. The room sprung to life with the sound of jazz played by a vivacious young saxaphonist whilst everyone helped themselves to the line of delicious foods – smoked salmon bellinis, freshly baked Italian foccacia and of course, Coppa della Maga ice cream. The ladies and gentlemen were treated to Double Chocolate and Rose petal ice cream for dessert before further exploring their vibrant surroudings- couples waltzing from room to room, violanists floating the corridors and actresses softly quoting love poems. As the clock struck 17.00 we were all summoned to the Great Hall for the final event. An orchestra and opera singer set the tone for our hosts arrival. Classical music, bottles of champagne and glitter rain welcomed in the enigmatic Mr S.B, who, after all the applause and fuss, failed to show! The reason being, in true Secret Brunch style, remains a total mystery. But before the music resumed and the lights went out, his voice beckoned through the grand halls walls: “At the end love is all that matters”. And to that we raised our glasses (and ice cream bowls) and danced into the night! At Coppa della Maga we never miss an opportunity to let our hair down, have a good time and party. So with that being said we’ll end with the Secret Brunch motto:
“Sing like no one’s listening, love like you’ve never been hurt,
dance like nobody’s watching, and live like its heaven on earth”
