Goji berries are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, iron, zinc, copper, selenium and fibers. Interestingly, they contain as much Vitamin C per ounce as an orange and provide more beta-carotene than carrots. They also contain all essential amino acids and are packed with antioxidants. Studies have discovered a link between high consumption of goji berries and an increase in energy levels, quality of sleep and overall well-being. A true super food!
