With the tremendous success of our vegan range, we decided to have a look back at where it all started – with our first vegan flavour that is still the top seller amongst the 3 vegan flavours: Coppa della Maga Coconut & Strawberry sorbet.
Launched in 2016, it was immediately selected at the largest international food show SIAL Paris amongst the most innovative products from around the world.
The amazing thing about this ice cream is not just its vegan side, or the facts it is sugar free, or its health benefits, or its indulgence factor, but rather the combination of them all. That’s what makes it really innovative and unique.
Made entirely of products from vegetable origin, the Coconut and Strawberry sorbet is a delicious combination of good fats from coconuts and strawberries, dried through a very special method, that preserves the entirety of the fruit, its colour and slight sour-sweetness. We almost feel pity to crash the whole beautiful strawberries before folding them into our sorbet!
Dipping through the tub, there is a pleasant surprise at the bottom: more roasted coconut pieces, that will let the refreshing taste linger in your mouth for just a little bit longer.
And the best thing of all is that it can be enjoyed also slightly melted, as a part of a healthy breakfast, smoothie or simply as a mousse, instead of a frozen sorbet. Leave the tub overnight in the fridge and you will have a delicious vegan, sugar free goodness in the morning.
