
This flavour actually contains real, live yogurt. Using an ancient recipe that has been used for centuries in Bulgaria, we mix sour fresh milk with live bacteria (Lactobacillus Bulgaricus) overnight. The next day, we add it to the fresh ice cream, stirring and folding in whole rose petals and a few drops of rose oil. We have never found another flavour like this around the world, so we firmly claim that we are pioneers!

Ingredients: rehydrated skimmed milk, butter, pasteurised milk, cream, steviol glycosides, maltitol from vegetable source, mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids, locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenans, sorbitol, fresh rose petals of Rosa Damascena, pectin, citric acid, yogurt, probiotics Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Streptococcus Thermophilus.
