Although the days since March seem to have merged into one block of time, the New Year has come indeed. And it is in our human nature to feel as always full of hopes and new plans, no matter the current situation.
Since health was certainly the main theme in 2020, more than ever before in human history, naturally we have set our goals for the new year around this subject. Most probably, you also have at least one health-related goal in your New Year’s resolution list. And what better time than January, more recently celebrated as Veganuary to step on the new path to a healthier, plant-based eating. Should we, however do it at all costs and to what extent?
