Apple crumble

A hot cake with cool, melting Coppa della Maga… A time-saving tip: instead of preparing the crumbly dough you can pour some melted butter over tea biscuits and use them.

For 4 portions:

For the apple filling:

1. 800 g (approximately 4) apples  – peeled and chopped into small slices
stevia (equivalent to 100 g sugar)

2. 2 teaspoons of water

For the crunchy dough:

1. 100 g wholemeal flour

2. stevia  (equivalent to 20 g sugar)

3. 100 g butter

4. vanilla

1 container (500 ml) Coppa della Maga Strawberry (or Classic Vanilla)

1. Turn on the oven at 190°C

2. Put all ingredients for the apple filling in a frying pan. After it gets boiling and the apples soften (approximately 5 minutes) remove from the hot plate. Pour them into the small baking dish

3. Pour the ingredients for the crispy dough in a pot and mix them with your fingers until you get crumbly mixture

4. Pour the crumbly dough over the apples in the baking dish and bake for approximately 30 min. until the dough gets golden crust

5. Serve each piece while it is still hot with a scoop of Coppa della Maga Classic Vanilla. It can be also baked and served in individual bowls with a scoop of Coppa della Maga on top
