Banana and chocolate pancakes

There is hardly a child, which would refuse that breakfast. Actually, who would resist such a start of the day or the weekend?!


For 8 pancakes = 4 portions:

For the banana filling:

1. 3 bananas

2. Stevia (equivalent to 20gr sugar)

3. 2 tablespoons water

4. 2 tablespoons butter

For the pancakes:

1. 8 tablespoons wholemeal flour  (approx. 120gr)

2. 6 eggs

3. 1 glass milk (250 ml)

4. 3 teaspoons yogurt


Coppa della Maga Double Chocolate


1. Whisk the ingredients for the pancakes and bake the 8 of them in a pan

2. Slice the bananas in 3, then slice them and cook them for 5 min in the butter, the stevia and 2 tablespoons of water

3. Fill in the pancakes with the banana filling and order 2 of them on a plate. Serve on top one or 2 scoops of Coppa della Maga Double Chocolate.
