Caramel peaches

A very discerned and light dessert, the perfect ending to an elegant dinner


For 4 portions: 

1. 4 ripe peaches peeled and chopped into slices

2. stevia (equivalent to 2 teaspoons of sugar)

3. 2 teaspoons of butter

4. juice of 1 lemon


1 container (500 ml) Coppa della Maga Crispy Caramel


1. In a frying pan melt the butter and add the peaches, the lemon juice and the stevia. Bring to boil, turn the heat off and wait for the peaches to soften (approximately 2 min.)

2. Arrange the peaches in plates and serve while they are still slightly warm with a scoop of Coppa della Maga Crispy Caramel
