Fresh apple pie
This cake is even more delicious the next day, when the ingredients absorb each others’ aroma. The quickest option is to use ready-made biscuits, but if you prepare them on your own with stevia, you will avoid sugar and the dessert will be 100% healthy
Ingredients
For 1 cake = 8 portions
1. 4 medium sized peeled, shredded apples (squeeze out the juice)
2. 1 cup (150 g) crushed walnuts
3. 1 teaspoon cognac
4. 2 cups unsweetened clotted cream (300g)
For the biscuits:
1. 2 cups (200 g) wholemeal flour
2. 100 g butter
3. 1 cup milk (200 ml)
4. 1 teaspoon yogurt
5. ½ teaspoon of salt
6. stevia (equivalent to 100 g sugar)
1 container Coppa della Maga Strawberry (or Classic Vanilla)
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients for the biscuits and poured on a baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15 min. until it gets pink. After cooling down crumble it into small pieces
2. Add all other ingredients to the crushed biscuits and mix them well by hand
3. Shape it as a cake on a tray and spread the cream on top. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, better overnight
4. Cut in slices and serve with a scoop of Coppa della Maga
