Hot chocolate souffle

Hot core of melting chocolate with a scoop of ice cream…


For 6 portions:

1. 200 g dark chocolate in pieces

2. 150 g butter in cubes

3. 6 eggs

4. Stevia (equivalent to 175 g of sugar)

5. 125 g wholemeal flour


1. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a water bath

2. Pre-hear the oven at 180 С.

3. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marin

4. Whisk well the eggs very well with a mixer

5. Mix together all the ingredients

6. Spread butter on the forms and pour the mixture in them

7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the soufflé rises and the edges become crispy but the core remains liquid

8. Put the soufflés into plates and serve immediately with a scoop of Coppa della Maga Vanilla or Cherries & Cream
